EK Scaffolding Factory Completion And 12th Anniversary Celebration

On March 6, 2024, EK Scaffolding celebrated its 12th birthday, and the inauguration ceremony of our own factory was also held as scheduled.

EK Scaffolding was founded in 2012 and was initially engaged in the Scaffolding & Formwork trade.  In 2021 we started factory for Scaffolding & Formwork production. Since its development, EK Scaffolding already has its own factory, as well as complete production personnel and equipment. Able to provide long-term stable supply of scaffolding basejack, scaffolding steel prop, aluminum beams, all system scaffolding, scaffolding plank, scaffolding coupler, formwork and accessories.

We hold an unveiling ceremony for EK Holdings under the witness of our guests. Starting from the purchase of the factory land, we have been doing our best to build our factory into a competitive and modern factory. Today, our three advanced workshops and supporting facilities are presented to everyone with a brand-new look.

EK Scaffolding factory currently has nearly 20 welding machines and dozens of experienced welding workers as well as equipped with 4 laser pipe cutting machines to meet the preliminary cutting needs of steel tube, aluminum beams, basejack, steel props. 4 sets of thread rolling machines to meet the thread rolling needs of a large number of basejack, U-head jack, steel prop and other products. In addition, standard and ledger automatic welding machines welding the steel prop, ringlock standard and ledger, cuplock ledger, kwikstage system, frame system products. Also equipped with 2 automatic welding machine robots. All these enable us to cope with the production and delivery of large quantities or small quantities orders.

Today, EK Scaffolding relies on modern workshops and equipment, a complete technical personnel reserve, and a scientific quality management system. It can ensure long-term stable supply of scaffolding coupler, basejack, steel prop, aluminum beam, ringlock, cuplock, kwikstage system, steel plank, frame, ladder access gate, trapdoor, and other Scaffolding & Formwork products.
