The Manufacturing Process of Steel Prop

EK scaffolding is a metal product processing factory, mainly providing iron and aluminum scaffolding and other building materials. The factory is currently producing Steel Prop, and has accumulated rich production experience. It has also upgraded and transformed the processing flow of Steel Prop. Most of the links will be operated by machines and equipment, which greatly improves the product quality of Steel Prop.

Steel Prop production process

① Purchase raw materials

② Use laser cutting machine to cut the outer tube of Steel Prop according to the size of the design drawing

③ Use laser cutting machine to cut the inner tube of Steel Prop according to the size of the design drawing and drill holes

④ Use thread rolling machine to roll the outer tube

⑤ Chamfer the outer tube to make the outer tube cut smoother and install the inner tube more smoothly

⑥ Use laser cutting machine to cut the bottom plate according to the size requirements and thickness on the design drawing

⑦ Place the inner/outer tube and the bottom plate on the automatic welding equipment for welding at the same time

⑧ The welded equipment is surface treated as required, including electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, spraying and painting

⑨ Install nuts and pins
