In 2012, EK Scaffolding was founded to engage in Scaffolding & Formwork industry. Supplying scaffolding coupler, basejack, steel prop, aluminum beam, formwork and other products. In 2021, We opened a factory and started producing Scaffolding & Formwork products. Last year, we started building a new advanced factory on our own land. Now it is the day when it is officially completed and welcomes everyone with a new look.

EK Scaffolding factory currently has more than 60 experienced production personnel and dozens of sets of advanced production equipment. Welding machines can be used when the order quantity is large, and robot automatic welding can be used for small batch orders.

With nearly 20 welding stations, and the welding workers are all experienced workers with more than 10 years of experience. EK Scaffolding able to ensure the blanking, cutting, punching, welding, assembly and other processes of products: basejack, steel prop, aluminum beams, ladder access gate，trapdoor，steel plank, frame, etc. comply with standards and requirements.

At the same time, 4 laser cutting machines, which can meet the cutting needs of large quantities of steel prop, basejack, steel pipes and aluminum beams. 4 sets thread rolling machines meet the thread rolling needs of large quantities of basejack and steel props. Multiple punch machines are used to produce plates for basejack, steel prop, baseplate and other Scaffolding & Formwork products. Automatic steel prop welding machines to meet the needs of welding the steel prop plate and inner tube. Standard and ledger automatic welding machines for ringlock system, cuplock system, kwikstage system.

The supply department ensure the stability of the raw material quality. After the order confirmed, EK Scaffolding technical department will issue detailed drawings and send them to the customer for confirmation. The inspection department conduct strict inspection after the first piece is completed, then proceed to mass production, and inspect the product after completion of production. Quality inspection and issuing corresponding quality inspection report. The shipping department loading container in a timely manner as required and takes photos of the entire loading process.
